Capability Materials and Sample Instruments
Documentation, sample analytical instruments, and procurement context for federal contracting officers and capability reviewers. The materials below support pre-solicitation due diligence and procurement evaluation.
The Naialu Institute of Motion Dynamics is a structural intelligence consultancy serving federal agencies, defense organizations, and government prime contractors. The Institute applies a deterministic computational framework to produce reproducible structural analysis of individuals, leadership pairs, teams, and organizational fields. Outputs are intended to inform, not replace, human judgment. The framework is a structural differentiator, never a predictor.
The materials below are made available to federal contracting officers, capability reviewers, and procurement personnel. Sample analytical instruments demonstrate the framework's output at sample scope; supporting sections provide procurement context, governance posture, and registration status.
Full engagement deliverables differ in scope from the sample materials. Engagement scoping and direct procurement inquiries route through the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Three federal-tier sample deliverables.
Each sample demonstrates the methodology at the institutional layer. Anonymized deliverables from federal-tier engagement contexts; subject identifiers, organizational designators, and personally identifiable information have been redacted for sample purposes. Analytical content and engagement structure preserved. Each report is viewable on the web.
Organizational Field Report
System evaluated: Federal sub-agency · Strategic transition context
Tier 2 institutional instrument. Reads an institutional field against a defined strategic transition, with the field's authority node held as agent input. Diagnostic surface includes structural distance reading, recursive trajectory mapping, and four named operating instruments: Re-Pressure Cycle Protocol, Governance Map, Compensation Pattern Catalogue, and Deployment Pathway.
Leadership Readiness Report
System evaluated: Federal SES candidate · Senior role transition
Tier 2 institutional instrument. Reads an operator's structural architecture against the demand surface of a specific senior role or transition. Diagnostic surface includes readiness state designation, derailment-trajectory cost mapping, role-demand-surface compatibility analysis, and named structural conditions under which the role is held coherently.
Board Compatibility Report
System evaluated: Federally chartered independent entity · Board composition
Tier 2 institutional instrument. Reads board composition as a composite authority field, with individual director architectures and coupling-matrix integration. Diagnostic surface includes compatibility readings, coupling distance matrix, governance behavior projection, and structural risk topology across board composition.
Institute capability summary.
Capability Summary
Federal capability summary covering principal background, four-tier service architecture, federal alignment priorities, validation snapshot, ethical use boundaries, NAICS alignment, set-aside eligibility, contract vehicle posture, and procurement contact pathways. Viewable on the web.
Four integrated service tiers.
The Institute provides four service tiers, each grounded in the Institute's deterministic computational framework. Tier-level summaries below; engagement scoping handled through the contact form.
Tier 1 / Individual Structural Reports
Schematic Reports, Diagnostic Reports, and Mapping Reports for individuals. Architecture analysis across identity, processing, and somatic layers; cross-layer coherence and constraint analysis; environmental, mission, origin, and coupling mapping. PDF delivery in 14 business days.
Tier 2 / Leadership Diagnostic Suite
Institutional reports for senior leadership, succession, team, board, and organizational contexts. Leadership Readiness, Succession, Team Architecture, Board Compatibility, and Organizational Field reports. Delivered with structured decision briefings.
Tier 3 / Architecture Consultation
Direct structural advisory engagements with the principal. Targeted sessions, three-week Strategic engagements, and Six-Week sustained engagements for individual or institutional contexts. Embedded advisory through engagement period with formal closure framework.
Audit / Structural Architecture Audit
Premium institutional engagement for the highest-stakes decisions: CEO succession, board restructuring, federal advisory committee composition, leadership architecture for high-stakes federal programs. Multi-candidate comparative audit at full institutional depth.
Procurement context and governance.
Additional procurement context covering scope boundaries, governance posture, validation methodology, and registration status. Each section viewable on the web.
What This Is and What This Is Not
Scope boundaries for the Institute's analytical framework. Establishes what the framework measures, what it does not measure, and the demarcation between structural analysis and adjacent categories such as personality assessment, behavioral profiling, security clearance substitute, and symbolic interpretation. The framework is a structural differentiator, never a predictor.
View on the web →Ethical Boundaries and Governance Overview
Ethical use posture, bias-reduction architecture, non-biometric and non-protected-class intake protocols, and operational constraints on application. Includes the Institute's Authority Node Principle governing analytical framing of agency-bearing entities, and the four-layer interpretive hierarchy preserving end-user decision authority.
View on the web →Validation and Reproducibility Overview
Pilot validation record. Two-tier validation posture distinguishing application-validated work from structurally-validated work in calibration. Reproducibility methodology, falsifiability standards, pre-registered protocol architecture, and documented domain boundaries including disconfirmed cases preserved as institutional record.
View on the web →Set-Aside and Registration Status Summary
SAM.gov registration status, UEI, NAICS code alignment, WOSB pursuit, SDVOSB pursuit documentation, and contract vehicle preparation status across SBIR/STTR, OTA, and direct contract pathways.
