Capability Summary Naialu Institute of Motion Dynamics

Federal Capability Summary

Structural intelligence consultancy serving federal agencies, defense organizations, and government prime contractors. Four integrated service tiers grounded in the Institute's deterministic computational framework. Outputs are intended to inform, not replace, human judgment. The framework is a structural differentiator, never a predictor.

01 / Methodology Overview

Reproducible structural analysis from standardized inputs.

The Institute applies the Naialu Motion Calculus, Motion Archetype Reference, Recursive Behavior Profile, and Naialu Render Dynamics to produce reproducible structural analysis of individuals, leadership pairs, teams, and organizational fields. Inputs are standardized identity inputs: non-biometric, not derived from protected-class metadata. No surveys, interviews, or behavioral observation are required.

Computation is deterministic at the structural layer. Identical inputs produce identical outputs on every run. The analysis is reproducible and audit-ready. Forecasts derived from structural outputs are falsifiable by design, with defined failure conditions, pre-registered checkpoint expectations, and graded outcome criteria.

Outputs are intended to inform, not determine, personnel or strategic decisions, and are most effective when integrated alongside the conventional instruments leadership and procurement teams already use. The framework operates within defined domain boundaries identified through validation testing. Domains where performance does not exceed baseline are documented and excluded from operational use.

02 / Service Tiers

Four integrated service tiers.

Tier 1

Individual Structural Reports

Schematic Reports, Diagnostic Reports, and Mapping Reports. Architecture analysis across identity, processing, and somatic layers; cross-layer coherence and constraint analysis; environmental, mission, origin, and coupling mapping. PDF delivery in 14 business days.

Tier 2

Leadership Diagnostic Suite

Institutional reports for senior leadership, succession, team, board, and organizational contexts. Leadership Readiness, Succession, Team Architecture, Board Compatibility, and Organizational Field reports. Delivered with structured decision briefings, role-fit deliberation sessions, and implementation protocols.

Tier 3

Architecture Consultation

Direct structural advisory engagements with the principal. Targeted sessions, three-week Strategic engagements, and Six-Week sustained engagements at the individual or institutional level. The operator embeds as a structural analytical advisor, supporting agencies and contractors in leadership pipelines, team architecture, and institutional realignment.

Audit

Structural Architecture Audit

Premium institutional engagement for the highest-stakes decisions: CEO succession, board restructuring, federal advisory committee composition, leadership architecture for high-stakes federal programs. Multi-candidate comparative audit compressing base structural analysis, Render Dynamics characterization, Recursive Behavior Profiling, structural risk surface analysis, scenario modeling, and governance review into a single coordinated deliverable.

03 / Differentiators

What distinguishes the Institute's work.

Standardized identity inputs. Non-biometric. No protected-class metadata. No surveys, interviews, or behavioral observation.

Pre-registered protocols with falsifiability built into the architecture.

Two-tier validation posture distinguishing application-validated work from structurally-validated work in calibration.

Documented domain boundaries. Disconfirmed domains explicitly excluded.

Deterministic computation at the structural layer. Reproducible, audit-ready methodology.

Authority Node Principle. Operator governance and interpretive authority preserved across every deliverable.

04 / Federal Alignment

Federal procurement priorities.

DARPA / IARPA SBIR/STTR

Advanced analytical and decision-support methodologies for human and algorithmic decision-making in difficult domains. The Institute contributes deterministic, non-subjective structural analytics: processing architecture, output intensity under pressure, structural response patterns, and operational trajectory inflection points. Positioned for SBIR Phase I/II and Direct-to-Phase-II opportunities.

DCSA / Trusted Workforce 2.0

Structural analytics provides an additional analytical layer alongside background investigations and continuous evaluation, not in place of either. Tier 1 Schematic Reports and Tier 2 Leadership Diagnostic Suite outputs operate independently of criminal database checks. DCSA CPOC 2.0 is a small business set-aside.

DoD / GSA Human Capital

Quantified role compatibility, leadership pair analysis, and team cohesion architecture for civilian workforce management. The four-tier service model provides scalable engagement formats from individual structural reports through institutional Architecture Consultation and Audit-tier work.

Institutional-Scale Engagements

Succession architecture audits, executive integration analysis for strategic transitions, and sustained structural advisory engagements for high-stakes operational environments. Audit-tier work designed for the institutional decision layer where the cost of structural misalignment substantially exceeds the cost of sustained analytical support.

05 / Validation Snapshot

Live, falsifiable, pre-registered.

The Institute distinguishes application-validated work from structurally-validated work, and does not collapse these categories. Documented disconfirmation cases are preserved as institutional record.

Render Dynamics

Pearson r = 0.80 between Lattice Creation Rate structural formula and real-world output across the framework's calibration cohort (N = 19 to 34). Cross-instrument consistency confirmed.

Outcome Modeling

75% accuracy in NCAA Tournament Round of 32 across two independent tournaments (2025 and 2026). 83% accuracy on competitive matchups. Pre-registered blind protocols, no post-hoc adjustment.

Linguistic Corpus

521,000 words processed through canonical engine. Field state distribution uniform to plus or minus 0.11 percentage points across all nine states. Semantic differentiation at p less than 0.001.

Domain Boundary Discipline

NBA regular season disconfirmed at 52% across 340 games. Documented and excluded from operational scope. Domain boundaries defined by empirical evidence, not assumption.

Live Forward Validation

Water Sector Forward Validation Ledger locked: assets pre-registered, falsifiable hypotheses pre-registered, checkpoints scheduled. Live falsifiability is the validation pathway.

06 / Category Boundaries

What the Institute is not.

The Institute is explicit about category boundaries. The framework does not occupy the following categories, and outputs should not be interpreted within them.

Not a personality assessment system.
Not a behavioral profiling tool.
Not a security clearance substitute.
Not intended for sole-source personnel adjudication.
Not intended for protected-class inference.
A structural differentiator, never a predictor.
07 / Principal

NM Lewis, Founder and Principal Consultant.

Retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant (E-7), fifteen years of active duty in Air Force Specialty Code 4D071. Two years GS-13 federal civilian at the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) supporting the $7B Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network acquisition. Ten years independent consulting through Intuitive Wellness LLC serving approximately 500 clients across individual coaching, group programming, and structural organizational work.

Dual graduate degrees (MBA, MHA) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Touro University. 100% P&T VA disability rating. Founder and developer of the Institute's analytical framework, the foundational methodology underlying all Institute deliverables.
