For Organizations
Structural intelligence for decisions that cannot be undone cheaply.
Performance problems, leadership failures, team breakdowns, strategic misalignment. These are not management problems. They are architectural ones. The Naialu Motion Calculus reads the structural field underneath the organization and tells you what is actually generating the outcome you are trying to change.

Common Questions
What organizations ask first.
How do we get started?
Use the contact form to describe your organization, the scope of the diagnostic you are considering, and your timeline. NM Lewis or a team member will respond within 2 business days to schedule an initial conversation and discuss fit, scope, and pricing.
What do you need from us to begin a diagnostic?
For individual leadership assessments: the full legal name at birth and date of birth of each subject. For team and organizational diagnostics: the same information for each person included in the scope. No surveys, no interviews, no self-report instruments. The calculus works from the structural data alone.
How is this different from existing assessment tools like Hogan or Leadership Circle Profile?
Existing tools measure self-reported behavior, trait expression, or 360-degree perception. They work at the surface layer of how a person appears to themselves and others. The Naialu Motion Calculus works at the structural layer underneath behavior, the layer that determines what behaviors are even possible for a given system. It requires no self-report, no survey, and no interview. It produces deterministic outputs from two non-self-reported inputs: name at birth and date of birth.
How long does a diagnostic engagement take?
Individual leadership diagnostics are typically delivered within 14 business days of intake completion. Team and organizational diagnostics range from 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope and the number of subjects included. Government contracting engagements are scoped individually. All timelines are confirmed at the start of the engagement.
Is this work appropriate for government procurement?
Yes. The Naialu Institute of Motion Dynamics is an active SAM.gov registrant. The Institute is pursuing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certifications through the U.S. Small Business Administration. Our primary NAICS codes include 541720, 541990, 541611, and 611430. We are equipped to respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and can provide capability statements, past performance documentation, and pricing on request.
Can the diagnostic work be kept confidential?
Yes. All organizational diagnostic work is conducted under confidentiality. Findings are delivered exclusively to the contracting organization and are not published, referenced, or used in aggregate research without explicit written consent. NDA arrangements are available on request.
The field beneath the strategy.
The architecture of your organization is producing the outcomes you are experiencing. The question is whether you can see it clearly enough to change it intentionally.
