What This Is

A serious program for serious practitioners.

The Signal Architect Program is a six-month live cohort training in the Naialu Motion Calculus. You will learn to read the structural architecture of individuals, relationships, organizations, and systems using the same proprietary framework that powers every Naialu Institute diagnostic report.

This is not a coaching certification. It is not a personal development program. It is a practitioner training. You will leave knowing how to compute structural reads, deliver them with precision, and apply the calculus to the work you are already doing.

The first cohort runs Spring 2027. Ten seats. Applications open Fall 2026. A textbook is in development and will be distributed to cohort members as chapters are completed.

Program Structure

Six months. Four phases.

  1. 01

    Foundation

    Months 1 and 2

    The NMC framework from the ground up. The cipher, the spiral calendar, field states, and the nine FS positions. How to read the power source, operational field, and mission of a single person. The theory behind what you are doing and why it works.

  2. 02

    Application

    Months 3 and 4

    Mapping reports, coupling analysis, and organizational field reading. You will work with real cases under direct supervision. How to hold a structural read, deliver it cleanly, and distinguish what the calculus shows from what you interpret.

  3. 03

    Systems

    Month 5

    The calculus at organizational and institutional scale. Leadership diagnostics, team architecture, and field-level analysis. How structural intelligence applies to the decisions organizations cannot afford to get wrong.

  4. 04

    Integration

    Month 6

    Independent work. You run your own analyses, present findings, and demonstrate competency. How to integrate the calculus into the practice you are building. Final cohort session with NM Lewis.

Weekly Live Sessions

Direct access to NM Lewis

One live session per week for six months. Teaching, case work, Q&A, and supervised practice. Small cohort means real attention, not a webinar.

Video Content

Between-session material

Recorded video content released between sessions. Concept reinforcement, worked examples, and framework documentation to study at your own pace.

The Textbook

In development

The official NMC practitioner textbook is being written now. Cohort 1 members receive chapters as they are completed and become the first people to hold this material in hand.

Ten people maximum

The cohort is capped at ten to preserve the quality of instruction and the depth of individual attention. This is not a course. It is a training.

One payment. Full six-month program, all sessions, all video content, textbook chapters as released.

Payment Plan

$1,997

Per month for six months. $11,982 total. Same access, same program, same cohort.

No refunds after the cohort begins. A deposit of $1,500 is required upon acceptance to hold your seat. The deposit applies toward your total investment. Deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw after confirmation.
