Orientation, for youM. A. T. L.
These questions were shaped from your system, which I ran before the course began. You will not see your report until Module 3. For now, this page points your evidence gathering where it is likely to matter most for you.
How to use this page
- Work through the main Module 2 page first. This page sits alongside it.
- These are questions, not descriptions of you. Answer each one with evidence: something you produced that someone else could see.
- If the honest answer is no, or not me, write that down. A no is evidence too, and it matters in Module 3.
- Nothing is saved on this page. Copy your answers into your log before you close it.

Where to look hardest in your audit
Every domain in the evidence audit matters. These two are where to slow down.
Work
Look at what you have been the gatekeeper of, formally or not.
Endings
Look at where forward motion stopped and what was happening around you when it did.
03
Watch for this week
In ordinary conversations, not in reads. Write down what you notice the same day.
- Notice when you are deciding, in a conversation, what is allowed to come in and what is not.
- Notice when you stall because there are too many good options.

Your report
Your motion report walkthrough happens in Module 3. It is held back on purpose: you gather your own evidence first, and then we hold the two side by side. Where they agree is useful. Where they disagree is where the real learning is.
