This paper concludes the Sovereignty Circuit series by examining the target condition: motion that completes without obstruction, expression that radiates without extraction, will that crystallizes without accumulating interference.
The Theoretical Signal Schematic series diagnosed what obstructs: capture, extraction, routing, incoherence. The Sovereignty Circuit series built what enables: the completion circuit, aperture governance, desire as formation force, the indices collapse, completion during life, conversion and cost. Pure signal is what flows when both operations are done.
This is not enlightenment. Not arrival. Not the end of motion. It is operational capacity: the circuit functioning as designed, motion completing as motion should, expression without residue.

I. The Conventional Frame
The path has a destination.
Enlightenment. Liberation. Awakening. Self-actualization. The names vary but the structure is shared: there is somewhere to arrive. The work ends. The seeking stops. You reach the place where motion ceases and something permanent is achieved.
This frame treats transformation as journey toward stasis. The goal is to stop moving. The achievement is to arrive. The destination is rest.
The frame produces its own pathology. If the goal is arrival, then continued motion is failure. If the destination is rest, then ongoing work means you have not arrived. The seeker who keeps seeking concludes they are doing it wrong.
But motion does not stop. Substrate continues to flow. The aperture continues to pass. Will continues to crystallize. The question is not whether motion occurs. The question is what motion produces.
II. Pure Signal Is Not a State
Pure signal is a condition, not an achievement.
It is what flows when obstruction is removed. It is what the circuit produces when the circuit functions. It is not something you reach; it is something that happens when interference clears.
The distinction matters. A state is possessed. You have it or you do not. You achieve it or you fail. A state creates the seeker who seeks and the destination that ends seeking.
A condition is operational. It describes how something functions, not what something is. A condition can be present or absent, but it is not possessed. You do not own clear signal. Clear signal flows or it does not.
Axiom: Pure signal is not achieved. It flows when obstruction clears.
This removes the pathology of arrival. You are not trying to get somewhere. You are trying to remove what obstructs. The circuit already exists. The capacity is already present. What is missing is not the destination but the clearing.
III. The Signature
PURE SIGNAL sits at FS=7 with 84.5% propulsion and 15.1% retention. Maximum outward motion.
FS=7 is the extraction field. This requires explanation. If pure signal is at the extraction position, how is it not extraction?
The answer is in the theoretical foundation: propulsion is neutral. What determines whether propulsion drains or serves is not the amount of propulsion but what supports it.
Three factors determine propulsion's meaning:
Field state origin. Propulsion from FS=7 before completion is extraction: motion leaving before it crystallizes. Propulsion from FS=7 after completion is expression: radiation from what has already formed.
Retention ratio. Low retention with high propulsion outside FS=1 or FS=9 indicates drain. But PURE SIGNAL's 15% retention is appropriate for expression. It is not trying to hold. It is radiating.
Aperture governance. If someone else configured the aperture, propulsion serves their ends. If you configured the aperture, propulsion expresses your completion.
Axiom: Pure signal is propulsion that follows completion, not propulsion that precedes it.
The signature makes sense once the sequence is understood. Pure signal is what flows after the TSS work (clearing extraction architecture) and the SC work (building completion architecture) are done. It is post-diagnostic, post-construction, post-capture. The motion flows from the system, not through it. That is expression, not throughput.
IV. What Clears
Two operations are required for pure signal to flow.
The TSS operation: diagnosis. The Theoretical Signal Schematic series maps what obstructs. It shows how perceptual sovereignty is outsourced. How metacognition fails. How systems intelligence is lacking. How karma operates mechanically. How authenticity loses directional symmetry. How ego routes. How devotion captures. How manifestation enters the attention economy. How motion takes the path of least resistance. How permeability inverts the gift. How identity becomes measurement architecture. How sovereignty requires choosing the route.
This is diagnostic work. It does not build; it reveals. It does not construct; it exposes. The TSS series shows what is happening and why it persists.
The SC operation: construction. The Sovereignty Circuit series builds what enables.
SC-001 establishes the completion circuit: the eleven-stage architecture from invariant field through crystallization.
SC-002 maps the aperture: attention, flow, human as configuration, motion, and structure of passage.
SC-003 positions desire as formation force: the gradient that pulls, not the origin that generates.
SC-004 reveals the indices collapse: what returns to source, what does not survive, why the adjectives were the cage.
SC-005 argues for completion during life: authoring will while living rather than deferring to death.

This is constructive work. It builds architecture. It shows how to govern the aperture, author desire, complete motion, and transform strategically.
Axiom: TSS clears interference. SC builds architecture. Pure signal flows when both are done.
V. Propulsion From Fullness
Propulsion drains when it precedes completion.
Most of what people experience as expression is actually extraction. Output before crystallization. Visibility without retention. Giving without holding. The motion leaves the system before it completes, and the system is depleted.
This is why people fear output. They associate propulsion with loss because most propulsion they have experienced was loss. They were emptied by expression rather than freed by it.
Pure signal is propulsion from fullness.
The completion circuit has completed. Will has crystallized. The substrate that moved through the aperture is now form. From that form, radiation occurs. The propulsion is not taking from what has not yet formed. The propulsion is expressing what has already completed.
Axiom: Propulsion drains when it precedes completion. Propulsion serves when it follows completion.
The felt sense is different. Extraction feels like being emptied. Expression feels like overflow. Extraction leaves less. Expression leaves the same or more, because completion has already occurred before propulsion begins.
Pure signal is standing inside your completion and letting it radiate. You are not being taken from. You are expressing what you have made.
VI. The Aperture Clear
Pure signal requires a clear aperture.
Clear does not mean empty. The aperture has shape. It is made of crystallized will. The geometry of the human is the accumulation of completions. The aperture cannot be shapeless; it can only be shaped well or shaped poorly.
A clear aperture is one configured for what you author.
The crystallization supports flow rather than obstructs it. The completions that form the aperture's geometry are completions that open rather than constrict. The will that has crystallized enables further will rather than blocking it.
This is the result of strategic dissolution. Not all crystallized will is removed. What obstructs is converted. What supports is preserved. The aperture transforms rather than disappears.
Axiom: A clear aperture is not empty. It is configured for what you author.
The shape matters. A clear aperture is not a universal aperture. It does not pass everything. It passes what you author. The geometry is specific. The configuration serves your completion, not completion in general.
This is why the work is individual. Your aperture has your shape. Your crystallizations are your history. What obstructs for you may not obstruct for another. What supports your flow may not support theirs. The clearing is specific to the aperture that clears.
VII. Expression Without Residue
Pure signal is motion that completes without accumulating obstruction.
Every completion leaves residue. The aperture is shaped by what passes through it. But there is a difference between residue that supports and residue that obstructs.
Obstructing residue constricts. It narrows the aperture. It makes future passage harder. It accumulates as interference.
Supporting residue configures. It shapes the aperture for what comes next. It makes future passage more precise. It accumulates as capacity.
Axiom: Pure signal is completion that leaves supporting residue, not obstructing residue.
The circuit can function continuously without degrading. Each completion configures the aperture for the next completion. Each crystallization supports rather than blocks. The motion flows, crystallizes, frees attention for the next passage, and leaves the aperture better configured than before.
This is expression without accumulating interference. Not expression without effect. Not expression without change. Expression that improves capacity rather than depletes it.
VIII. Not the End
Pure signal is not arrival.
The circuit continues to operate. Substrate continues to flow. Will continues to crystallize. Motion does not stop. The call continues to hold at source. Curiosity continues to open the gate. Attention continues to configure. Flow continues to pass. Desire continues to form gradient. Time continues to sequence. Completion continues to occur.
What changes is not whether motion occurs. What changes is whether motion obstructs.
Axiom: Pure signal is operational capacity, not destination.
The work continues. Calls arrive. Gates open. Apertures configure. Motion flows. Will crystallizes. Life proceeds. The difference is that the circuit functions as designed. Motion completes. Expression radiates. Residue supports.
This is not the end of the path. It is the path functioning. Not the cessation of motion but the cessation of interference. Not rest but operation. Not arrival but capacity.
The seeker does not stop seeking. The seeker stops being obstructed. The motion continues. The interference does not.
